1. What we store
We store only your email address for account identification and communication.
That's it. We have no database of your fleet data, trip history, or vehicle information.
2. What we don't store
We prioritize your privacy through a real-time architecture:
- Wialon tokens — Authentication tokens exist only in your browser session, never on our servers
- Passwords — We never see or store your Wialon password
- Fleet data — Trip data is fetched from Wialon in real time, then displayed. Nothing is stored.
- Location history — We don't build profiles of your vehicles' movements
3. Who we share with
FleetTAB is free to use, so there is no payment processing or billing data to share.
When you connect to Wialon, your browser communicates directly with Wialon/Flespi APIs using your token. We do not proxy or store this data.
We do not sell your data. Ever.
4. Your rights
You can:
- Delete — Request deletion of your email from our system
- Disconnect — Log out to clear your Wialon session from your browser

To delete your email from our system:
- Email support@theassettrack.com from your account email
- Request deletion
- We'll confirm within 7 days
6. Security
We protect your data with:
- HTTPS encryption for all connections
- Cloudflare for DDoS protection and edge security
- No server-side storage of sensitive tokens
7. Cookies & Analytics
The application uses essential cookies for:
- Keeping you logged in
- Remembering your language preference
This website is measured with Umami, a cookieless analytics service we host ourselves. Alongside page views and country, it records how the page was used: which sections were reached, how far the page was scrolled, how long it stayed visible, which links and calls to action were clicked, which questions were opened, and whether the contact form succeeded or failed. These are counted in aggregate and are not tied to a named individual, and the data stays on our own server.
We also load a Google Tag Manager container, after the page has rendered, to run measurement tags. It sets no advertising cookies and we do not sell or share the data for advertising.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
