1. Agreement to terms

By using FleetTAB, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What FleetTAB does

FleetTAB is a trip analytics application that connects to Wialon GPS systems. The service provides:

• Trip analytics — distance, duration, speed analysis
• Eco-driving reports and scoring
• Driver assignment
• Data export to CSV, Excel, and PDF
• Multi-language interface

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

4. Wialon connection

By connecting FleetTAB to your Wialon account, you:

• Authorize FleetTAB to access your trip data
• Confirm you have rights to access and process that data
• Understand that FleetTAB is not affiliated with Wialon/Gurtam

You can disconnect FleetTAB from Wialon at any time.

5. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record.

• Pricing is shown on our website
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FleetTAB for unlawful purposes
• Track individuals without proper consent
• Attempt to access our systems without authorization
• Interfere with the service or other users

7. Service availability

FleetTAB is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Wialon platform issues
• Your network or equipment problems

8. Privacy

Your use of FleetTAB is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
