We want you to be satisfied with FleetTAB. If it's not the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund process.

2. Payment processing

All payments for FleetTAB are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means:

  • LemonSqueezy handles all billing, taxes, and refund processing
  • Your purchase is subject to LemonSqueezy Buyer Terms
  • You'll receive receipts from LemonSqueezy, not directly from FleetTAB

3. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with FleetTAB, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

This applies to your first subscription payment only.

4. Subscription renewals

The 14-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase only, not to automatic renewals.

To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription before your next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting us.

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods after renewal.

5. How to request a refund

You have two options:

  • Email us at support@fleettab.app with your account email
  • Use LemonSqueezy — Click the support link in your receipt email

We'll process your request promptly.

6. Refund processing

Once approved, refunds typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Upon refund, your FleetTAB subscription will be canceled and access to premium features will end.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any issues directly.

LemonSqueezy's chargeback window is 60 days from purchase.
